COVID-19 – RÉGÎM is still up and running

RÉGÎM is maintaining its adapted transport and mass transit services across its territory. However, there will be certain restrictions in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.

For adapted transport in the Baie-des-Chaleurs, Haute-Gaspésie and Estran sectors, more than 95% of travel has been cancelled, mainly further to the different measures established by the Government of Québec. Any travel which is maintained is that considered essential, either for health or occupational reasons. In the Estran sector, TACIM manages the service. You may contact it directly with any questions.

RÉGÎM’s administrative offices in Carleton-sur-Mer, Bonaventure and Sainte-Anne-des-Monts are closed to the public. Customer services (1-877-521-0841, extension 0) remain open.

  • Even though our mass transit services have been maintained, we are asking our clients to limit any unnecessary travel and to use our services only for reasons considered essential, such as grocery shopping, travel to work, and health. Of course, we are asking users to follow the instructions regarding hygiene issued by public health authorities, namely:
    hand washing;
    avoiding touching your face;
    coughing or sneezing into the crook of your arm;
    staying home if you have flu-like symptoms.

The situation will be reassessed daily, in collaboration with our various partners. Please follow us on social media and on our website for announcements about any changes to our services.
