RÉGÎM is thrilled to announce the return of the VIA Rail shuttles for the summer season in 2022.

These shuttles link Gaspé and the municipalities of the south side of the peninsula with the VIA Rail train station in Campbellton to allow connections with departures to and arrivals from Montréal, Québec, and other points in the province.

“Our clients are happy that we can offer this service and there have been plenty of positive comments. The project’s success and the service’s popularity never disappoint year after year. That’s why we’re pleased to confirm today that the service will return for the entire summer period, namely, from June 22 to September 5, 2022,” said Marie-Andrée Pichette, the general manager of RÉGÎM.

“It’s very clear that the shuttle service meets the needs of Gaspesians and the increasing number of summer visitors,” Daniel Côté, RÉGÎM President, mayor of Gaspé and prefect of RCM La Côte-de-Gaspé, gladly pointed out. “This collaborative undertaking with VIA Rail also gives visibility to RÉGÎM and its services well beyond our region,” he added.
