COVID-19 – RÉGÎM’s public transit: regular service is back

As of May 19, 2020, RÉGÎM will be back to providing regular service across its territory. You will no longer have to reserve 24 hours in advance for routes that did not already require this. However, reservations will continue to be required for routes for which reservations were needed before the pandemic. Our customers are invited to visit the List of routes section of the RÉGÎM website for all the information on this subject.

Note that, for now, you will have to reserve for the following routes:

  • 22: Gaspé/Percé/Chandler
  • 26: Gaspé/Murdochville
  • 50, 51, 53 and 54: Îles-de-la-Madeleine sector

Our offices remain closed to the public, but customer services will be back to normal. Feel free to start calling us again at 1-877-521-0841, extension 0.

To limit the spread of COVID-19, certain restrictions will continue to apply. Since it is difficult to keep a distance of two metres in buses, we are asking our customers to wear a mask so that everyone is safe.

Of course, we are asking users to continue following the instructions regarding hygiene given by public health authorities, namely:

  • hand washing (disinfectant is available in every bus);
  • avoiding touching your face;
  • coughing or sneezing into the crook of your arm;
  • staying home if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

Please follow us on social media and on our website for all announcements about any changes to our services.
